Inspection Services

Engineering Solutions provides Special and Progress inspections required by the Department of Buildings (DOB) for related trade installations within various building construction projects and fitouts. Our inspectors are engineers who are knowledgeable in system designs, construction methods, codes and standards, and scheduling. We focus on early communication with the design and construction teams to identify priorities, verify procedures, and set up attainable construction schedules to minimize re-inspections and expedite the approval process.

Engineering Solutions is a New York City DOB registered Class 2 Special Inspection Agency (SIA #006492) and provides the following TR1 related inspections:
