Our primary goal is to continually engage the client and design team to provide the best design solutions, addressing all concerns and challenges, to lead us to the best design.

We understand the impact our designs have on the the fabric of the indoor environment, and how our systems and distribution affect other elements. Only a cognitive awareness of our designs and those designed by others can yield an overall optimized and integrated project.

Our engineers are both specialists and cross-trained through all disciplines, to best understand the impact and interaction of all designs. Each project has an interdisciplinary project engineer, who understands and evaluates all related issues, and brings issues and concerns to other team members for faster integrated solutions.

As a boutique engineering firm serving the tri-state area, seamless communication between team members makes it possible for us to better understand and evaluate all of the project challenges, while being flexible and responsive to provide design solutions. We follow robust project management practices and along with our open communications and team approach, we provide both the flexibility and responsiveness to always meet forecasted project deadlines.
