Apartment renovations with limited indoor and exterior access for equipment require immediate collaboration with building management to determine where exterior equipment can penetrate the building façade.

Three new aboveground townhomes required efficient equipment, full radiant floor heating, minimal ceiling impact, and high design aesthetic. Design solutions included a split multizone AC system with a high air quality central air handling unit, humidification, condensing boiler, and radiant flooring.
